Dawn first came to Covenant Fellowship in 2007, and since then she’s become an administrative powerhouse in the church office who helps to keep the whole church and all its events running smoothly. Often we Christian pilgrims hear from the Lord in unique and precious ways as we go through deep valleys, difficult trials, and dark times. It’s not so much a lifeline thrown to us from God as it is His lifeblood pulsing through our minds and souls as we walk on and keep going. Through trial, our awareness of God and His kingdom is sharpened.
This past COVID year, in particular, I’ve experienced an uptick in my sensitivity to the Lord and His deep love for me and all of humanity.June 7, 2021
I have been asked to share with you how God met me in the busyness and trials of this past year. There has been just that: both added busyness and unexpected trials. To be authentic with you, I will admit that I have not been a model Christian this past year. In my busyness, I neglected regular disciplines of prayer and failed, yet again, in my Bible reading plan. Nonetheless, God proved faithful to this inconsistent daughter and was consistently near and teaching me.May 31, 2021
