Happy Thanksgiving! What a wonderful opportunity to stop and give thanks to the Lord! Here are a few of MANY verses on the subject. Praying that as you meditate on them that the Lord will stir up your soul to praise Him as we seek to “give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.” 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18
1. “I will give thanks to the Lord with my whole heart; I will recount all of your wonderful deeds. I will be glad and exult in you; I will sing praise to your name, O Most High.” Psalm 9:1-2
